COURT RESERVATIONS
To book your reservation, choose from a 60 and 90 minute session below. After purchasing, follow the link on the left to “Book Sessions”, or click here. Simply click your desired time slot, and “Book”.
The court will be reserved for a maximum of four players.
All players must have a valid guest pass or membership.

Member Court reservation fee: $12/hour (Only one member needed to be playing to qualify for this rate…all other players must still pay $10 guest pass fee + your portion of the $12 court fee)

Glossary:
OPEN PLAY:
No reservations allowed during this time.
OPEN PLAY/Reservations Accepted:
Members will be permitted to freely make reservations during these time slots. Whatever courts are not reserved will be available for OPEN PLAY.
OPEN PLAY/Reservations Considered:
These are hours that I would like the ability to be flexible with to see what the playing style demand is from our members. These times slots are intended for “OPEN PLAY”, but if there is a high demand for reservations from our members during these hours, I will allow them. Keep in mind that OPEN PLAY ONLY hours will always follow this designation.
Courts Closed/Reservations Considered:
These hours are immediately following The Clubhouse After School Programs (3:05 pm – 4:30 pm daily during school hours) provided to middle school students. This time slot is specifically blocked off for facility equipment layout transitioning, court maintenance, and also to allow for intermittent baseball/softball training sessions. If there is a strong demand for reservations from our members during these times, I will consider them on a case by case basis and allow them if there is no interference without non-pickleball activities. Pickleball hours are always subject to change (special events/tournaments/clinics/etc.)
Pickleball hours are for when school is in session (Town of East Lyme School calendar)
Pickleball hours can/will be changed during school vacations/holidays (ample notice will be given ahead of time)
School Snow Days can/will affect Pickleball hours (notice will be given as soon as possible when cancellations occur)
Schedule/court availability will be available for viewing on The Clubhouse app (members only)
A Team Reach group will be created (members only)
Regarding designating courts during OPEN PLAY (beginner, intermediate, advanced, etc.), we will wait to see who our members are first and adjust accordingly.
“The Lobster Pot” is the nickname for the interior of The Clubhouse due to its unique perimeter netting surrounding the fields of play. The Clubhouse, or “The Lobster Pot” in this case, also houses The CT Shell Shockers, southeastern CT’s newest travel baseball organization. The CT Shell Shockers name is a tribute to our local commercial fishing industry and the region’s diverse crustacean population. The Shell Shockers encapsulate the tough yet intriguing nature of both the local marine life and the community itself.
